loved this couple and their dog. She is so photogenic and check out her boots. I want a pair.

There was the most beautiful sunlight hitting my lens, so I used my lens hood to shield out too much lens flare, but to get just enough of the sun haze. I love me some good haze........so pretty.

the {B} family

I am just loving these colors. Coordinating 23 people is not always easy, but I think this family did it well and I love their style. Acessories are a great way to pull all the colors together, and they did just that.  We went for a more formal portrait that the Grandma plans to enlarge.......................

........................but we also got some fun ones. You can totally feel the love this family has from this photo below. They are a "yours, mine, and ours" family (just like me, by the way) and have 6 daughters and 1 son.

We got a few of each individual family as well.

Santa Monica Photographer- the pier

 These were taken at the Santa Monica Pier in Los Angeles. This beautiful family welcomed Jack into their lives about 1 month ago. I usually only shoot newborn sessions within their first few days of life, but little Jack was sooo good. A very happy baby. And look how great mom looks only 4 weeks postpartum.

my goal was to capute some very candid moments, and I am very happy with the results.

Having a little Christmas fun in photoshop

 

The mom was bummed because she had planned on bringing a bunting made of scrapbook paper to the photoshoot, but her cricut had some 'issues' and was not doing the job.  So, I made this in photoshop to make up for it. hahaha.

the {M} family: Agoura Hills Photographer

I love this family. My husband first met the wife well before we were even married and they became good friends, and now 2 kids each later, we have stayed great friends. The best part about this shoot is that we all went to dinner afterwards, and then for hot chocolate. The older son is 4 and the younger son is 4 months. I first took this beautiful girl's pictures 2 years ago with her best friends. It's that time of year to get pics taken, and she preferred an outdoor setting to a studio setting. She said her smiles were so much more natural than in the studio. Layout credit to Kristina Kathrynn Designs.
